FRANK RANALLI SR., age 86 of Canton passed away peacefully on Friday, December 13th, 2013. Born and raised in Canton, Ohio he was a member of St. Anthony/All Saints Catholic Parish and was retired from Akro Rubber Company where he worked for 40 years. Preceded in death by his wife Nina and by his parents, John and Elizabeth (DePasquale) Ranalli, his brothers Peter, Albert, John, granddaughter Gina Lanzo and his great-granddaughter Kayla Himes. His survived by his son, Frank and Charlotte Ranalli, daughters, Mary Rose and Eugene Lanzo and Elizabeth and Kevin Phillips, his brothers, Tony, Robert and Sue, Richard and Jackie and Gary and Millie. Also surviving are his 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Dad was a Past-President of St. Anthony's Holy Name and the Canton Ex-Newsies (he passed away on the day of the annual paper drive). His joy was his family, fishing and hunting and spending weekends at his camper at the Ohio River with his brothers and friends. We Will miss of Dad, “PaPo”, but know he is now again with our mother Nina. Donations can be made in his memory to St. Anthony's or Canton Ex-Newsies. Calling hours will be at St. Anthony/All Saints Catholic Parish on Sunday from 5 to 8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 am with Rev. Fr. Tom Bishop celebrant. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
