Julia B. (Monday) Impagliozza, age 97 of Canton, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2016. She was born in Tiltonsville, Ohio to the late Adam and Mary Sutak. Julie was a self-employed beautician, and was very active in the community as she was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, St. Michael's Sociable Seniors, the 39er's and Parents without Partners. She was also an avid bowler and enjoyed playing cards and bingo. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Casmir in 1964, brother Adam, and sisters Anna, Mary, Elizabeth, Helen and Margaret. Julie is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Don and Jane Impagliozza, grandchildren Tony, Angie and Mike, and many special nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly. Julie loved socializing, never wanting to miss any activities at her home in Village Towers, and could tell stories for hours. Julie's family was her entire world. She was the news source for everyone, always keeping others informed on events past and present. Family and friends will be received Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, with Rev. Fr. Don King officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
