Kathy (Kathleen) L. Mascioli age 71 of North Canton, Ohio left us on Saturday, January 5, 2019 due to pancreatic cancer. Born in Canton, Ohio on March 10, 1947 to the late Sabatino (Sam) and Jean ( Gina Contrucci) Pentella. Kathy graduated from Glenwood High School and worked at The Dime Bank prior to her marriage and then assisted her husband at his business. She also worked at Dillard's for over 35 years until her recent retirement.


 

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Michael E. Mascioli; sons Dean (Neringa) Mascioli, North Canton, John (Cynthia) Mascioli, Wadsworth; grandsons Lucas and Marcus, and soon to be granddaughter Mia due on March 10, 2019; sisters Patricia Gyalog, Massillon, and Donna Moran, Canton; plus beloved cousins, nephews, and nieces.


 

Calling hours from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Parish in Canton on Friday, January 11, 2019, prior to her Mass of Christian Burial with Fr. Donald E. King as celebrant. Service for burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.

Your family is in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I have very fond memories of Kathy growing up. She was always there for my mom which i greatly appreciate. I know she will be dearly missed.

So sorry to hear of Kathy’s passing. I will truly miss her kindness and her friendship. Dave and I enjoyed playing cards and other games with her. We will both miss her. With deepest sympathy to you, Mike and your family.

We have been friends for over 50 years and we couldn't ask for a better friend. She was always there if you needed her. Her biggest accomplishment in her life was her family. She loved each of you so much. She will be missed.
