Adam Lawrence Lubic was born October 1, 1991 in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is the twin brother of Stuart Lubic, also of Chicago. Adam lived and traveled around the world as young man, living in North Carolina, Ohio, Romania, and Chicago. He attended the American International School of Bucharest Romania for four years, graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 2010 and Ohio University in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems. He worked for EY out of college and for the past eight years with Winston & Strawn LLP as Manager for the IT Security Team. There he developed a strong bond with his colleagues and found the work-life balance that was so important to him.

Part of his life was devoted to his fondness for motorcycling. Through motorcycling, Adam grew friendships and a network of support that he cherished. He looked forward to hanging out with the Federal Moto guys and riding the city with his friends. Adam loved the outdoors. He and his brother owned and worked a blueberry farm in Southwest Michigan, using it as a place to unwind on the weekends. Hunting, fishing, hiking, tractoring, and antiquing were always in play when visiting the farm. Adam was the goal tender for his Men's league ice hockey team. He took his passion for the game and competition to the ice rink weekly. The relationships that he developed with his hockey family will endure forever. Hockey was his game.

Adam was a musician. He played violin, guitar and was learning the banjo. He started playing an instrument at an early age and took his love of music very seriously, collecting and curating play lists, LP records and recordings. Adam was a truly a unique man. He could eloquently engage in a conversation about motorcycle repair, baroque music, IT networking, blueberry farming, or the NHL trade deadline with equal competency and passion. He lived life to its fullest and loved his wife and family dearly, never shirking from the responsibility to tend both.

Adam is survived by his parents Rory and Mary; twin brother Stuart (Lili B.); maternal grandparents Michael and Mary Bagnoli; paternal grandmother, Mary Ann Lubic; many loving aunts and uncles, Jeffrey (Barb) Lubic, Gerald (Kathy) Lubic, John (Deanna) Lubic, Rebecca (Nick) DiFrancesco, Mark Bagnoli, Michele (Denny) Higham, Stephanie (Mark) Cook; and cousins (Alison, Carly, Jake, Nick (Cassandra), and Ryan (Sarah) Lubic, Alyssa (Brian) Ligato, Brittany (Ben) Weimer, Heather (Anthony) Kilgore, Michael (Megan) Cook, Deanna (Clay) Graves, Chris (Jennifer) Cook, Colin (Jordan) Cook, William Bagnoli, Nicole (Brandon) Sanko, Jennifer (Ryan) Ayers, Angela Day, and Meghan (Mark) Lemke. Relocating to Chicago, Julie was the artistic director for hair color at Reverie Salon, and was once in the same role for Kaizen Education. Julie was a national award winning master colorist and an incredible stylist.

Julie had a natural talent for all things artistic and creative with a love for photography. Creating her own mini library, Julie loved getting lost in a good book. She was also a student of Japanese culture and was learning the language. Early this year, Julie and Adam traveled with family to Japan exploring all that the country had to offer. Above all else, Julie was most passionate about the life she created with her husband Adam, and their energetic pup Frasier.
