ALICE DELORES "YOYO" (BRAZ) PETRACK, age 83 of Louisville, passed away Wednesday. Born in Taunton, MA to the late Anthony and Alice (Vieria) Braz, she lived most of her life in the Canton area. She was a 1949 graduate of Canton McKinley High School and a member of The Basilica of St. John the Baptist. Alice worked at Stark Dry Goods, O'Neil's, and worked in the Canton Library bus. Alice was a volunteer for the Alliance Food Kitchen and Hot Lunch Program for 25 years and was honored as Volunteer of the Month. She also volunteered at St. Thomas Aquinas High School cafeteria and St. John's cafeteria. Alice enjoyed catering and many times donated her food and services for weddings and showers. She was president of the Ladies Auxiliary, Alliance K of C Council #558. She enjoyed reading and crafting. Alice's home was an open door to all. Her home was yours. Everyone felt the love. Survived by her husband of 61 years Dominick Petrack, children Dennis (Kathy) Petrack, Cynthia (Randy) Shallenberger, nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, siblings Alvin (Billie) Braz, Lucrecia (James) Surgeoner, Norman Vieria, uncles, aunts and numerous cousins in Massachusetts. Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 6 to 8 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home and Friday morning from 9 to 10 am. Funeral services will be Friday at 10 am in the funeral home with Rev. Fr. Ronald Klingler officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
