Angela Carol (Thomas) Scavelli, age 68 of Canton, passed away peacefully after a long illness at Aultman Compassionate Care Center. She was born in Canton, Ohio on November 8, 1955 to the late Nick and Anna Scavelli. She lived most of her life in Canton, a graduate of Lehman High School and pursued LPN training in Dallas, Texas. She was an avid Indians fan and was ALWAYS the toughest girl on the block.

Along with her parents, Angela was preceded in death by brothers Nick and Michael Scavelli, sister Barbara Tarter, and former spouse Argir Thomas. Angela is survived by her daughter Tommi Thomas; brother John Scavelli; sisters Rosemary Scavelli and Connie (David) Kelly; brother-in-law Zack Thomas; and sister-in -law Tina Thomas. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and her very special friends Lila and Johnna. The family would like to thank them for their devotion.

Rest now our Angel. You are finally with Mom and Dad.

Family and friends will be received at the Rossi Family Funeral Home on Sunday, January 21, 2024 from 2 to 4 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 12:30 p.m., with Rev. Fr. Fritz Schuleter as celebrant. Inurnment in Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
