ANN V. SERBAN, age 81 of Willoughby, passed away Sunday at her home. Ann was born on November 25, 1932, in Canton to the late Niculae and Anna (Serban) Nicoiu. She resided in Willoughby since 1961, and was a member of St. Stephen's Byzantine Catholic Church in Euclid. She was a 1950 graduate of Timken Vocational High School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Serban, one sister Vickie Cotopolis. She is survived by sister Mary (Larry) Taillard of Livonia, Michigan, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Family and friends will be received Sunday 3 to 7 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home (730 30 ^th St. NW, Canton,OH 44709) with Saracusta services to be held at 6:30 pm. Friends and family will also be received Monday morning from 9:30 to 10 am at the church, with services beginning at 10 am at St. George Byzantine Catholic Cathedral (1123 44 ^th St. NE, Canton, OH 44714), with Very Rev. Ovidiu Marginean officiating. Internment will be followed at Forrest Hill Cemetery.
