ANNA (ADAMS) TRBOVICH, age 86 peacefully passed away Wednesday, April 24 with her loving family by her side at Bethany Nursing Home where she had made her home for the last 9 years. She was born in Canton, OH to the late Steve and Olga (George) Adams. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael Trbovich whom she celebrated 48 years of marriage and their beloved daughter Sandy Stamaton who passed away April 2011. She is survived by three sons and two daughters. Greg Trbovich, Gary (Michelle) Trbovich, Michael Trbovich, Nicki (Nick) Horaitis, Olga (Doug) Coutts and son-in-law Bill Stamaton. Eight grandchildren; Andy (Jennifer) Trbovich of Wake Forest, NC, Gary Trbovich Jr. of Las Vegas, NV, Darla Trbovich, Troy Trbovich (fiance' Megan McCrea), Christina (Jason) Paone, Andrea Horaitis, Sofia Stamaton and Michael Stamaton all who reside in Canton. Two great-grandsons Caden and Roman Paone. Two brothers and one sister. Ted (Audree) Adams and Sophie Adams both of Canton and Nick (Penny) Adams of Akron. Sister-in-law Sophie Prica of Hudson, OH and brother-in-law Nick (Dolly) Trbovich of Fresno, CA. Aunts Artie Samartgedes, Kathryn Lazarides and Mary Klus and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Anna was a 1944 graduate of Timken Vocational High School and retired from the Hoover Company in 1988 after 18 years of service. She was a member of St. George Serbian Orthodox Church of North Canton where she was an active member and also an honorary member of the Circle of Serbian Sisters. She also was a member of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Canton where she spent her youth and was married. Anna loved spending time with her family, traveling and reading. Her smile and sense of humor will be missed and long remembered. We would like to thank the Baum family and the staff of Bethany Nursing Home for all their love, care and kindness shown to Anna through the years. Also, we would like to express our gratitude to Crossroads Hospice of Northeast Ohio for all their comfort care. Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 4 to 7 pm at the Rossi Funeral Home and Monday from 10 to 11 am at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, funeral services to follow at 11 am, Rev. Dr. Daniel Rogich officiating. Trisagion Services will be Sunday at 6:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and St. George Serbian Orthodox Church.
