Anne Silagy (DiRocco) of Louisville Ohio, passed away peacefully at home at the age of 92, on June 5, 2025. Anne's legacy of love will be carried on by her five children, John Silagy, Susan Monteleone, Andrea and Craig Arnold, Sharon Funk, Melissa and Andy Rudd along with her eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren, Adrienne, Anthony (Kristen), Ashley (Jenny), Abby, Audrey, Adelyn, Tyler, Carson, Lorenzo and Sofia.

Anne and her late husband John Silagy celebrated 67 years of marriage. She and John loved the time they spent in Europe while John served in the Army. She was the light of our family and to her eight siblings, "Anna Mae DiRocco" was the sister they all adored. To Dick, Joe, Jerry, Suzanne, Grace, Larry, Sam and Michael she loved you all.

She instilled upon us many Italian traditions including making homemade gnocchi and sauce, and Italian cookies. Her love of cooking and baking was infectious, and her pies were an amazing treat. Anne's favorite holiday was Christmas and she thrived on a houseful of decorations, Christmas music, friends and family. Anne ended every holiday with a traditional card game of 31, where she was competitive and laughed for hours. She was also a beautiful seamstress and made lovely dresses and suits for her children, that made them feel special. She will be missed by so many, as her love was felt by everyone she touched.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, June 8th from 5pm to 7pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11am on Monday, June 9th at St. Isidore Parish at St. Louis Church. Interment to follow at St. Louis Cemetery.
