IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Anthony Olivieri,
Jr.
September 3, 1944 – April 26, 2025
Anthony Olivieri Jr.
September 3, 1944 – April 26, 2025
Anthony Olivieri Jr., 80, of Canton, Ohio, passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 26, 2025, after spending a wonderful weekend surrounded by his entire family.
Born on September 3, 1944, Tony spent over 40 years in the construction business, where he was known for his strong work ethic, skilled hands, and pride in a job well done. Whether building homes or memories, he poured his heart into everything he did.
He shared 36 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Claudia Olivieri. Together, they built a life full of love, laughter, and lasting memories. Tony is survived by his wife Claudia, his children: Dina Musacchia, Anthony Olivieri III (Michelle Olivieri), and Michael Olivieri (Amy Olivieri), his brother Fred Olivieri(Virginia), and sisters Lucille Capuano (Louie) and Dorothy Angelo. He was preceded in death by his son, TJ Olivieri, whose memory remained close to his heart, his parents Anthony & Jennie Olivieri, and his sister Rita Pandoli.
Tony was a true lover of life. He found joy in the simple pleasures—golfing on a sunny day, playing cards with friends, cheering on his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers, and sharing good food and drink with those he loved. His laughter, warmth, and generous spirit extended to friends and family alike.
He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild, all of whom brought him immense pride and joy. "Papa or Pop Pop" as he was lovingly known, was always ready with a warm hug, a laugh, and a treat in hand—he loved to spoil them every chance he got, even if it meant playfully angering the parents. Tony leaves behind a legacy of love, loyalty, and a life well lived. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
