Antonia "Toni" (Pujazon) Swank, of North Canton, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018 ikn the presence of family. Born in Canton on August 13, 1922 to late Juan and Adelaida (Justo) Pujazon, she was in the first graduating class of Timken Vocational High School. After marring, she resided in Navarre most of her life. Toni was a member of St. Clement/Holy Family Catholic Church, St. Clement/Holy Family Alter and Rosary Society, Spanish-American Women's Club, Spanish-American Retiree's Club, and the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW in Navarre. Toni was known for her wonderful cooking and baking skills and she was happiest when pouring over her many cookbooks, and making something special to share with family and friends. She had a great love and pride of her Spanish community and heritage. Toni was preceded in death by her husband, Ross Swank Sr., brothers John Pujazon, Joe Pujazon, and sisters Rose Markley and Beatrice Morales. She is survived by her sons Ross Jr. (Denise), Douglas (Cindy), Gregory (Merry) Swank, eight grandchildren; Ryan, Jessica, Kimberly, Scott, Steven, Landon (Harmony), and Hallie Swank and Morgan (P.D.) Rudersdorf. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, brother Flory (Helen) Pujazon, sister Mercedes Ruiz, and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Friday, April 27 ^th from 6 to 8 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home and Saturday from 9 to 10 am at St. Clement Catholic Church in Navarre, followed by a Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 10:00 am with the Rev. Fr. Shawn Conoboy, celebrant. Interment will be in St. Clement/Holy Family Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Spanish Ladies Scholarship Fund or St. Clement/Holy Family Church. The family would like to thank everyone at Danbury Senior Living, where Toni resided, for their support and friendship.
