Arturo H. Longoria, age 46 of Uniontown, passed away Tuesday, January 7th. He was born in Beeville, Texas to Arturo and Margaret (Heritage) Longoria of Texas. Art's true passion was caring for others as evidenced by his long and successful career as a nurse. His kind, sincere soul, love for life and contagious humor and smile touched everyone he knew. He was loved by so many. Art was an avid Texas sports fan and loved spending time outdoors. He is survived by his parents, loving partner Karen Covington, step-daughter Bethany Fisher, step-sons Chase and Cole Antle, brother Albert (Amber) Longoria of Columbus, Ohio, sister Anita Longoria of Texas, niece Katelyn Handy, nephews Marcos Longoria, Colton Longoria, and Michael Handy along with countless Uncles, Aunts, cousins and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, January 15th at The Barrel Room (7901 Cleveland Ave. NW, North Canton, Ohio) with an open house from 6 to 9 pm including a formal prayer and brief time of sharing at 6:30pm.
