BEVERLY A. ZELMER, age 78 of Canton, passed away Monday afternoon after an extended illness. Born in Canton to the late Fain and Margaret (Galbreath) Loury she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Zelmer and brother Robert Loury. She was a graduate of Louisville High School and a member of Good Shepard Lutheran Church. Beverly retired in 1998 from Sugardale Meats after 20 years of service. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Kim and Popper Grimsley of Canton with whom she made her home, sons and daughter-in-law Beau and Rhonda Zelmer of Canton, Craig Zelmer of Massillon, five grandchildren; Tiffaney (John) Meador, Josh (Tiffany) Grimsley, Joe Grimsley and girlfriend Renee, Zach (Sarah) Zelmer, Nikki (Jason) Lyndaker, six great-grandchildren; Alexis, Taylor, Colton, Grant, Alyssa, Andrew, brother Keith "Bud" Loury of Baha, Mexico and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Monday from 10 to 12 noon at the Rossi Funeral Home with services to follow at noon. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Beverly's name may be made to Aultman Hospice, 2821 Woodlawn Ave. NW, Canton, OH 44718.
