CARL W. ESBER, age 70 of Louisville, passed away Sunday evening after a sudden illness. Born in Canton to the late Norman and Katie Esber he was preceded in death by his brother Michael Esber. A graduate of Glenwood High School, Carl retired from the U.S. Navy then worked and retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He is survived by his children Tracy Douglas, Stacy Newton, Brian Burger, and David Burger, as well as ten grandchildren; brother JC and sister-in-law Carol Esber, sister Yvonne and brother-in-law Howard Bettis, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 5:30 pm at the Rossi Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Shultz officiating. Respecting Carl's wishes he was cremated.
