IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Carl W.
Voros
September 16, 1952 – February 18, 2023
Carl "Bill" Voros
September 16, 1952 – February 18, 2023 (age 70)
Carl William Voros ("Bill"), age 70, passed away unexpectedly on February 18, 2023. Bill was born on September 16, 1952, in Canton, Ohio to the late Carl and Rose (Bogden) Voros. He graduated from Saint Thomas Aquinas High School in 1970 and went on to attend Walsh University for four years. He worked as an Anheuser-Busch sales representative and delivery driver for 33 years, and later opened and operated Bill 's Stop and Shop Drive-Through.
Bill is survived by his former wife Paula Voros and their children Karrah and Joseph (Kellie); sister Rose (Jack) Yurick; grandchildren Isayah, Domenica, Brady, Camden, Kenzie, and Khloe; and several nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, Bill is preceded in death by his sister, Bonnie (Gerald) Wood.
Bill was a loyal, honest man who loved his family and always had a smile on his face. He enjoyed grilling and hosting backyard barbecues, competitive cornhole games, euchre nights, and Notre Dame football. He also had a great appreciation for Jif peanut butter, Oreos, Blue Bunny ice cream, Ritz crackers and, of course, a cold Budweiser. In the last few years of his life, he visited his son's house every Sunday morning – 9am sharp – with donuts for his grandchildren. Later that same day, you could often find him cheering them on at one of their many sporting events.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Bill's life during a service at Grace Bible Church 5781 Manchester Rd. New Franklin 44319 on March 4 from 1:00-3:00.
