Carol R. (Stone) Siminges age 79 of Canton, passed away Christmas day surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Royal, West Virginia to the late Melvin and Zinith (Redden) Stone. Carol was preceded in death by her husband Christ Siminges, brothers Cliff and Bill Stone. She was a member of St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church. Always working in the garden and kitchen, but to her it was never work. Her greatest joys in life came from spending time with her family, grandson and friends. She is survived by her children Elaine K. Siminges, Steven Siminges, grandson Samuel Siminges, Samuel's mom Trish Malloy, sister Delores Stone, brothers Jack (Kristi Helmick) and Jim (Shirley) Stone. Family and friends will be received on Friday from 5 to 7 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home where Trisagion Service will be held at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be Saturday at 10:00 am at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church with Rev. Dr. Nicholas V. Gamvas officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
