Catherine (Vlahos) Demos, age 91 of Canton, passed away suddenly early Sunday morning February 9th, 2025. Born in Canton on November 25,1933, to the late James and Clara Vlahos. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Anastasia Coobatis and Cleopatra Vlahos; and brothers George, Nick and Harry Vlahos.

She is survived by her loving husband, Sam Demos; children Debbie Demos, Pete (Mary) Demos, and Andrea (Patrick) Burns; grandchildren Samia (Fatjon) Mansour, Tarek (Christine) Demos, Katerina (Joe) Burns, Danielle Griffin, and Andy Demos; sister-in-law Bessie Vlahos; her special yorkiepoo Taki; and many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and family in Greece.

She was a lifelong member of St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church. She enjoyed working as a cosmetologist throughout her life, and spent her free time traveling with her husband and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Private services were held at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church and interment was in Forest Hill Cemetery.
