Charles E. Eisert, age 67 of Canton, passed away Sunday afternoon. Born in Canton to the late William D. and Alta (Holderbaum) Eisert he was also preceded in death by his son Charles E. Eisert, Jr., brothers Bill and Pat Eisert. Charles was a retired printer and an avid NASCAR fan. He is survived by his wife Linda S. (Serban) Eisert with whom he would have celebrated 47 years of marriage in July, daughter Kimberly (Joshua) Cowan, grandchildren James and Lyla and sister-in-law Jean Eisert. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 12:00 to 1:00 pm with services to follow at 1:00, Rev. Gary Smith officiating. Internment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
