Charles W. "Bud" McCall, age 74 of Canton, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday. Born in Canton to the late Woodrow and Edith (Ferris) McCall, Bud was a 1965 graduate of Glenwood High School and a 1969 graduate of the University of Mount Union. He continued his education at The University of Akron, where he received his Master's Degree in Business Administration. He taught middle school math before going to work for Stark County Job and Family Services from where he retired. Bud enjoyed going to eat at Bob Evans, walking the mall, playing cards and always a jokester.

He is survived by cousins Jacqueline (Steve) Pasquinelli, Chuck (Martha) Ferris, Caren Ferris, Carol Stubblefield, Mike Monroe, and Chuck Riley. Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at a later date.
