Christopher S. Henning, age 55 of North Canton, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017 after a hard fought battle with cancer. He was born on April 13, 1962 in Canton, Ohio. Christopher served in the U.S. Army as a Staff Sergeant, and was the former owner of News Depot. He was preceded in death by brothers-in-law Mark Stroia and Tim Mettel. Christopher is survived by his wife and daughter Christina and Krystal; parents Fred and Rita Henning; sisters Pamela (Rob) Newbold, Robyn Matulich and Jodene Stroia. Also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be held at a later date in Forest Hill Cemetery.
