David G. DeFrank, age 80 of Canton, passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2022. He was born in Canton on August 6, 1942 to the late Fred and Erma (Carinzi) DeFrank. David was a graduate of Canton South High School, and a life member of the Eric Snow YMCA. He was also a member of the Harvest Christian Center in North Canton, under the ministry of Pastor Sharon Edwards, Pastor Debbie Brown, and Pastor Chuck Brown. David also enjoyed watching the Cleveland Browns. He is survived by his wife Marjorie (Walton) DeFrank of Canton; step-son David Walton of Delaware, Ohio; step-daughter Maria Walton of Seattle, Washington; grandchildren Kaci (Walton) Hack of Columbus, Kali Walton of Austin, Texas, and Kade Walton of Columbus; and great-grandchildren Harper and Hayden Hack. Also survived by his dog "Petey." Inurnment to be in Forest Hill Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help defray the cost of the funeral.
