David J. O'Brien, age 65 of Louisville, passed away Sunday morning, April 19, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents Gene and Juanita (Parker) O'Brien. He was a retried truck driver with 3 million uninterrupted miles, loved the Indians and jamming his music.

David is survived by his sons Justin O'Brien, Logan O'Brien, step-son Daniel Zeller, mother of his children Maria O'Brien, brothers Michael O'Brien, Dennis (Julie) O'Brien, Tim (Jan) O'Brien, sister Kathy O'Brien, aunt Sharon Parker, and sister-in-law Brenda Stoffer.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, April 24, 2026 from 10:00 am to 12 noon at the Rossi Family Funeral Home with services to follow at 12 noon. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
