Delores Marie (Borzea) Babcock of Canton, passed away early Tuesday morning. Born in Canton to the late John and Virginia (Evers) Borzea, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles L. Babcock Jr., brothers John and Richard Borzea and sister Betty Borzea. She was a graduate of Alliance High School and a member of St. George Romanian Orthodox Church. She retired from the Hoover Company in 1996 after 23 years of service. Delores is survived by her children Jeanne (Jim) Hinton, Arnold Babcock, Chuck (Karen) Babcock, Victor Babcock, seven grandchildren and sister Cathy Rillman. Family and friends will be received on Friday from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home and Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 am at church. Saracusta service will be held at 7:00 pm Friday in the funeral home. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:30 am at St. George Romanian Orthodox Church with Rev. Fr. Ionel Satnoianu officiating. Internment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Mercy Hospice, Rev. Fr. Ionel (John) Satnoianu, her Godmother Nancy Xides, the Campitelli family and Andre Domino.
