Delores (Dolph) Palmer passed away in her home surrounded by her family on February 9th. Born on December 19th 1930 in Canton to the late Charles and Anna Dolph. She is also proceeded in death by her husband Earnest Palmer and twelve siblings. She is survived by her daughters Sheila Hoover and Karen Phillips, five grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, special sister-in-law Barbara Dolph and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Friday from 6 to 8 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. Services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
