DENISE MARIE (YEARY) McKINNEY, age 52 of North Canton, passed away Tuesday evening surrounded by her loving family after a 1 ½ year battle with cancer. Born in Canton on June 23rd 1961, Denise was a graduate of Canton South High School and Walsh University School of Nursing. She worked as an ER nurse at Aultman Hospital for the past 16 years. Denise was a loving wife and mother, loved her welsh terrier pups and the beach, particularly her "serendipity" on Topsail Island, NC. She is survived by her husband of 30 years Sean McKinney, son Matthew McKinney (Brit Stenger) of North Canton, parents Larry and Christine (Cush) Yeary of Uniontown, brothers and sisters-in-law Jim and Susan Yeary of Dublin, Jeff and Lisa Yeary of North Canton, sister Holly Yeary of Uniontown and countless friends. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday at 11am at St. Paul Catholic Parish in North Canton with Rev. Msgr. James Clarke, celebrant.  A gathering of family and friends will be held in the lower level of the church following the mass.  Entombment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Denise's name may be made to Aultman Woodlawn Compassionate Care Center, 2821 Woodlawn Ave. NW, Canton, OH. 44708.
