Dennis R. McCauley, loving husband to Melanie, devoted father and grandfather, friend to many passed away on January 30, 2015. Dennis was born on May 10, 1949 to the late Robert E. McCauley, Sr. and Lulu E. (Mujais) McCauley. Dennis was an Army Veteran from the Vietnam War. He was employed by The Timken Company for 47 years and recently retired from Synchrony Bank after 18 years of service. Dennis was a 1967 graduate of McKinley High School. He loved life. The greatest joy of his life was having his sons born on his birthday. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren, Chase and Abram. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Alya J. and Joseph S. Mujais who raised him, Dennis is survived by his loving wife, Melanie McCauley of the home, twin sons, Dennis and Patrick McCauley along with their wives, Michaela and Aldina, sister, Lynda Temsic and her husband, Mark, brother, Robert E. McCauley, Jr., Uncle Samuel J. Marshall, Aunt Evelyn Mitchell, Cindy McCauley, mother of his twin sons and many nieces, nephews and cousins as well as a host of close friends and their families. Special thanks to Angela Hissner, best friends, Paula and Dan Datkuliak and Aultman ICU/CCU nurses. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anthony/All Saints Catholic Parish in Canton on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 10:00 am, Rev. Fr. Thomas Kraszewski celebrant. Calling hours will be Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 5:30 – 7:30 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
