Diane L. Sherrick, age 89 of North Canton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 20, 2024. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 20,1935 to the late Lucian and Blanche (Green) Bourdages.

Diane received an Associates Degree in Home Economics, and eventually became a beloved preschool teacher. Later in life, she assisted her husband in managing two Hallmark stores in South Carolina.

Diane was an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed sewing for her family and friends. She also had a passion for exercise well into her early eighties. In addition to her hobbies, she was an active member of Fort Hill Presbyterian Church in Clemson, SC.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alton (Buss) Sherrick; daughter, Laura Bishop; son, Bradley Sherrick; and grandson, Kevin Bishop. Diane is survived by her granddaughter Samantha Bishop and son-in-law Ed Bishop, both of Texas. Diane will truly be missed by all who loved her dearly.

There will be no funeral services at this time.
