Dominick Victor Lombardi , 87, passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 6. Born to the late Nicola and Josephine (Minotti) Lombardi on November 21, 1925, Dominick was a residential building contractor for many years in the Canton area.

He graduated from McKinley HS, in 1943 and attended the Ohio State University. He also worked at Diebold, and TRW. Dominick was a 4 ^th degree member of the K of C & also a member of the Sons of Italy. Survived by his wife, Laura, Daughters Lorraine (Jerry) Jatczak of Miami FL and JoAnn (Rick) Vidmar of N Canton. Sons, Daniel (Teri) Lombardi of Stamford, CT, and Brian (Jan) Lombardi of Medina. Also survived by his sister Mary Melaragno of Columbus & Robert Lombardi. Preceeded in death by his sister Lucille Lukens . He has 8 grandchildren: Julie Vivian, Amy Jatczak, Thomas, Lisa, Brianna, Rocco and Halle Lombardi, Gina Vidmar and two great grandchildren, Ryan & Caitlyn Vivian and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received Sunday from 3 to 6 pm. at Rossi Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 am at St. Paul's Catholic Church in N. Canton with Monsignor Jay Clark celebrant. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto at Central Catholic HS or N. Canton St. Paul's Catholic Church. Family wishes to thank the staff at Aultman hospital.
