Donna M. Pellegrino, a lifetime resident of Canton, passed away on February 13, 2025 after a brief illness at the age of 93. She has reunited with her beloved husband, Clarence. They had been married for 55 years until he passed away on November 14, 2008.

She was born on May 5, 1931 to the late Charles and Maria "Mary" (Perretta) Guster. She was a graduate of Timken High School, and later worked for the State of Ohio for several years before her retirement. Donna loved cooking Italian food for her family, traveling all over the world, taking road trips, and going to casinos. She and her friends enjoyed monthly card games for many years. Donna was known for her lucky rolling of the dice in Vegas. She and her daughter treasured their special times together, whether it was traveling together internationally or going on daily outings.

Donna enjoyed being with her family at all times – during family gatherings, babysitting her grandchildren, and at holidays. She was fun to be around, and had such a great sense of humor with a sharp wit. She will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother Charles D. Guster, Jr. Donna is survived by her daughter, Karen M. Pellegrino; son, Dr. Mark J. Pellegrino; grandchildren, Maria Patti, Dominic Pellegrino, Rocco Pellegrino; great-grandchildren, Vincent and Santino Patti; special nephew, Charles D. Guster III; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at the Rossi Family Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 from 5 to 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
