Dorothy A. (Petroff) Capobianco, age 93 of Massillon, passed away early Tuesday morning. Born in Niagara Falls, NY to the late Nancho and Helen (Fabin) Petroff, she was also preceded in death by her husband David Capobianco, grandson David Michael Capobianco, and sister Rosalie Peshoff. She was a 1943 graduate of Timken Vocational High School. Dorothy worked with her husband as secretary and treasurer at A & D Foodarama for 25 years. She was a member of Shady Hollow Country Club and an avid golfer. She is survived by her son David Gregory Capobianco, grandsons Brian Capobianco, Seth (Kelly) Capobianco, and great-granddaughter Ava. Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 6 to 8 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Monday at 11:00 am in the funeral home with Rev. Fr. Edward Beneleit officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
