EDWARD F. ZOLL, age 87 of Canton, passed away Friday after a brief illness. Born in Canton to the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Ramuno) Zoll, he was preceded in death by his wife Emelia (Concepcion) Zoll. A 1944 graduate of Timken Vocational High School, he was an Army veteran of WW II. He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Parish and the Spanish-American Men's Club. Ed retired in 1985 from the U.S. Postal Service after 40 years of service. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Claire and Pat Addessi of Canton, sons and daughters-in-law Joseph and Susan Zoll of Flowermound, TX, Paul and Delores Zoll of Mooresville, NC, six grandchildren; Amanda (Brett) Horn, Jessika Zoll, Ashley and Caitlin Addessi, Kimberly and Nicholas Zoll, sister Marie Swan of Fullerton, CA, sister-in-law Isabel Blanco of Canton, two nieces and two nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 am at Rossi Funeral Home, Rev. Fr. Edward Beneleit officiating. Family and friends will be received one hour prior to services. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Ed's name to St. Peter's Catholic Parish, 726 Cleveland Ave. NW, Canton,OH. 47702. the family would like to give a heartfelt thank-you to Bethany Nursing Home, Tridia Hospice, Dr. Janowicz and Beth for their care and compassion.
