Elizabeth Anne (Carter) DeGraffinreed age 65 of Canton, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018. Born in Canton to the late Robert L. and Dorothy (Mabry) Carter, she was also preceded in death by her brothers Robert Walton and James Carter. Anne was retired from Pathway Caring For Children after 28 years of service. She is survived by her husband David S. DeGraffinreed with whom she would have celebrated 40 years of marriage on October 21 ^st 2018, son Ian Paul DeGraffinreed, brothers Thomas and Joanne Carter, Gary and Gail Carter, sisters Bettye Pugh, Deborah and Sherrill Carter, aunts, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 10 am to 12 noon at Macedonian Baptist Church (220 Maple St., Waynesburg, OH) with services to follow at noon, Pastor Rick Peterson officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
