FRANCIS "FRANK" S. MILLER, age 94 of Canton, passed away early Thursday morning. Born in Barton, Maryland to the late Sinclair and Maryann Miller, he was preceded in death by his siblings Charles B. Miller, Martha E. Senglightner, Joseph S. Miller, Beatrice C. Marcelli and daughter-in-law Rene (Christ) Miller. Frank was a Navy veteran of WW II. He retired from the Timken Roller Bearing Company in 1983 after 33 years of service. An avid sports enthusiast, he enjoyed watching the Baltimore Orioles, Pittsburgh Pirates and the McKinley Bulldogs. Frank lived a simple life and was very committed to his family. He is survived by his wife Elvera (Genetin) Miller with whom he celebrated 62 years of marriage on June 28, 2014, sons and daughter-in-law Gary and Danette Miller, David Miller, grandson Michael Miller and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Friday (Tonight) from 6 to 8 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday at 12 noon in the funeral home. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Eric X. Wang and staff and the 4 ^th floor staff of Aultman Hospital for their loving care and concern during Frank's illness.
