Frank J. Pariano
Frank J. Pariano passed away on Thursday, August 27, after an extended illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Theresa Pariano.
Frank is survived by his loving wife, Theresa, to whom he was married for 59 years; his son, Tony and Valarie Pariano; and his daughter, Amy Pariano.
An accomplished athlete, Frank’s love of sports was an important part of his life. His achievements earned him a place in the Stark County Baseball and Basketball Hall of Fame, a distinction that reflected not only his athletic ability, but also his dedication, determination, and love of the game.
Frank was a proud Central Catholic Crusader and truly believed in being a Crusader for life. He bled green and white, carrying his love and pride for Central Catholic with him throughout his life.
Those who knew Frank knew how deeply he loved his family and his faith. He had a gift for storytelling and could always remember the details of a good story. His remarkable memory, quick wit, and ability to share a story made time spent with Frank memorable.
Above all, Frank cherished his family and his faith. He leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion, and countless stories and memories that will be treasured by those who knew him.
Frank will be deeply missed by his family, friends, fellow Crusaders, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. followed by burial at Calvary Cemetery. A Celebration of Frank's life will continue at Lake Cable Clubhouse throughout the day. The family invites you to join them throughout the day to celebrate Frank’s life, share stories and memories, and honor the wonderful man he was. Your presence and support would mean so much to his family.
