IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Genevieve M.
(Cenedella) Cavalier
December 9, 1922 – February 6, 2022
Genevieve M. (Cenedella) Cavalier, age 99 of Navarre, was reunited with her heavenly family and into Jesus' open arms Sunday evening, February 06, 2022, surrounded by her family who will greatly miss her loving presence. Born in Stillwater, OH, to the late Lewis and Florence (Beir) Cenedella, she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Renaldo L. "Killer" Cavalier, son Ronald D. Cavalier, son-in-law Kerry A. Lewis, grandchildren Tiffany Jacoby, Kasey Cavalier, brother Dean Telaroli, step-father Ralph Telaroli, and step-mother Gertie Cenedella. Genevieve was a graduate of Uhrichsville High School and a member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. She is survived by her children Gloria (Jay VanSickle) Cavalier, Rosemary Lewis, Patrick (MaryBeth) Cavalier, daughter-in-law Mary F. Cavalier, grandchildren Konrad (Kendra) Cavalier, Meghan Sheil, Zachary (Stephanie) Cavalier, Emily Cavalier, Genny Cavalier, Pamela (Chuck) Richardson, Rebecca (Bill) Sutton, Kimberly Ware, Audra (Stephan) Maxe, 15 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren, sister Teresa Adams, sister-in-law Aleen Freeman, brother-in-law Paul Lancia, sister-in-law Sandy Melchior, and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Family was Mom's passion; nothing pleased her more than being surrounded by them. Mom loved to entertain, feeding everyone her luscious Italian offerings. She welcomed everyone into her home, but they had to eat. She and Killer were a vision to behold on the dance floor, either polkaing or waltzing the night away. They are now dancing on the golden streets of Heaven. Our family would like to thank our special friend, Father David Durkee, for always being there for us and bringing Communion to our home. His visits over the years meant so much to Mom and us. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, 02-10-2022, from 11:00 am to 12 noon at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian burial to follow at noon, Rev. Fr. David Durkee , celebrant. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Masks will be required. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.
