George J. David, age 97, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021. He was a graduate of Kent State University, with a degree in Bio-chemistry. George served in the medic unit of the Navy and remained in the Reserves for 40 years as a Chief Warrant Officer. He also owned and operated the Reedurban Tavern for over 30 years. A life time member of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, George was also a 32nd degree Mason and a Shriner.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lena. Survived by his daughter Rhonia (Kaleel); son Gary (Peg); and five grandchildren.

A private funeral service will be held for immediate family only. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. George Antiochian Church.
