George (Junior) Nastoff, born on July 28, 1945 in Canton, Ohio, to the late George Nastoff and Spasia (Misheff) Nastoff, passed away at age 73 on August 29, 2018. He graduated from Lincoln High School in 1963. George was the beloved husband of Shirley (Howell) Nastoff. He was preceded in death by his brother, Theodore G. Nastoff. George is survived by his sons, George and Lowell; daughters, Renee and Regina; sister-in-law Lisa (Stavreff) Nastoff, brother, Boris and Jennifer Nastoff, 8 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Junior work for the City of Canton and was the Co-Owner of the Midway Cafe in Canton. He was a volunteer at J. Babe Stern Community Center for many years. In lieu of flowers, those who wish, may donate in George's name to Aultman Women's Board Compassionate Care Center. Friends and family members may attend the funeral service, officiated by Pastor Scott Tursley, on Tuesday, September 4th from 10:00 to 12:00 p.m. with a service immediately following at the Rossi Family Funeral Home, 730 30th Street NW, Canton – (330) 492-5830. Interment to follow in Forest Hill Cemetery.
