Gerald Hart 1929-2015

age 85, of North Canton, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2015. Born in Akron to Roy and Mable Hart, he grew up in Cuyahoga Falls, served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and graduated from Kent State University. He worked in management for Republic Steel and later retired from Kent State University's purchasing department.

He was preceded in death by wife, Anita (Mancini) of 49 years, and sister Arlene Hagat. Gerry is survived by children Kevin, Keith (Jeannette) and Monica and grandchildren Keith and Maria.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, August 4, from 5-8 PM at Rossi Funeral Home in Canton. A service will be held Wednesday, August 5, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with burial in North Lawn Cemetery.
