Gina Mascioli age 74, passed away May 16 th in Frosinone, Italy, after a brief illness, surrounded by loving family and friends. She was born in Fossalto, Italy, emigrated to America in 1958. She was preceded in death by her husband Vittorio Buglioni, step-son Paolo Buglioni, parents Michele and Agnese Mascioli, sister and brother-in-law Carmela and Elio Ciarlariello, and sister-in-law Carmen Mascioli. Gina worked as a seamtress for Mascioli Tailors in Canton and also hosted an Italian radio program on Sundays called Melodie D'Italia. In 1975 she returned to Italy and worked in Rome for Manzoni Advertising Company. Gina cherished spending time and sharing events with family and friends in Italy and the U.S. She enjoyed both American and Italian cultures, the arts, concerts, culinary arts, knitting, and taking walks with friends. Gina was a member of St. Nicola Church in Ceccano, Italy and the United Fossaltese Club. She is survived by her brother Frank Mascioli, sister Lina (Rick) Falcone, brother-in-law Michelangelo (Anna) Buglioni, step-son Arduino (Simonetta) Buglioni, grandson Federico Buglioni, nieces and nephews Francesca (Domenico) Peruzzi, Paul (Sue) Ciarlariello, Rose (Kirby) Donovan, Carolin Ciarlariello, Michael Ciarlariello, Linda (Chris) Hawkins, Tony (Kathy) Ciarlariello, and many cousins. She will be missed by all her family and friends who were blessed for having known her. Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 9:30 to 11:00 am at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian burial to follow at 11:00, Rev. Fr. Donald King Celebrant. Entombment will be in Northlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, John Hopkins Research Center.
