Giuseppe Grossi, age 90, of Canton, Ohio, passed away on May 17, 2026. Born on March 13, 1936, in Sora, Italy, he was the cherished son of the late Augustino and Angela Grossi. Giuseppe immigrated to the United States, carrying with him a deep pride in his Italian heritage and a relentless work ethic. Settling in Canton, he built a successful, lifelong career as a skilled mason contractor and developer.

Beyond his professional achievements, Giuseppe's true wealth was his family. He was a devoted family man who poured endless love, wisdom, and support into his household. He found great joy in the simple pleasures of life, most notably gathering with loved ones, celebrating his traditions, and playing a spirited game of bocce. His warmth, integrity, and steady presence will be deeply missed.

Giuseppe is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Maria Grossi; his sons, Italo (Lena) Grossi and Steve Grossi; and his daughter, Angela (Dave) Massa. He is also survived by his five cherished grandchildren, Isabella and Rocco Grossi, and Anthony, Alex, and Aubrie Massa. He was preceded in death by his parents, Augustino and Angela Grossi, and his six siblings.

A private family service will be held to honor his life and legacy. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made, in Giuseppe's memory, to St. Joseph Senior Living in Louisville, Ohio.
