(Stallings) Bannevich
October 11, 1922 – August 9, 2015
Isabelle M. Bannevich, age 92 formerly of Canton an currently residing in Louisville, passed away Sunday after a brief illness. She was born in Corning, Ohio to the late Richard and Nora Stallings. Isabelle retired from Sugardale Foods after 30 years of service, and was a member of Little Flower Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Bannevich; brothers Vernon Robinson, James Stallings, Kenneth Stallings, Charles Stallings, Jack Stallings, and David Stallings; and sisters Harriett Brown, Faye Towner, Ina Musick, Lillian Musick, and Wanda Marshman. She is survived by her children Philip (Sharon) Bannevich, James (Wilma) Bannevich, all of Canton, Lenora (Ivan) Vodopich of Louisville, and former daughter-in-law Mary Anne Hughes. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren, 19 great-step-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-step-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Family and friends will be received Tuesday at the Rossi Family Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Little Flower Catholic Church on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Aultman Compassionate Care Center.
