Jessica M. (Lehman) Phillips went home to be with the Lord in the early hours of Thursday, December 21, 2023. Jessica was born to Chris Lehman and Tamara Miller on May 5, 1982. She was loved and adored by her bonus Mother Diana Lehman from the age of four until Jessica's untimely passing. Jessica was diagnosed with type one diabetes at a young age, but did not let it stop her from living a life that made all who knew her proud.

Jessica completed her BA in Early Childhood Education, an accomplishment she worked tirelessly for, as well as one of her father's proudest moments. Jessica had a smile that radiated and filled every corner of every room she entered. She was a woman who stood on faith and trusted God, unwavering through every obstacle life challenged her with. To know Jessica, to love her, and be loved by her was a blessing. Jessica was a wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter, and a friend to everyone she met. She would want to be remembered as someone who loved immensely, cared for her family deeply, and as her father would say, "fought like a tiger!"

Jessica was preceded in death by her Mother Tamara Miller, paternal Grandmother Salley ORita (Parsley) Lehman, maternal Grandfather Max J. Miller, Uncle Charles Lehman, and Grandmother Maxine Gibson.

She is survived by Grandmother Ruth Miller (Mimi); Husband Steven Phillips; Children Noah Lehman, Regan Phillips, and Tamara Phillips; Parents Chris and Diana Lehman; Siblings Joshua Lehman, Ryan Lehman, Brianna (Sara) Lehman, Samantha Lehman and Anthony Costello. Also survived by several Nieces and Nephews, whom she adored, as well as several Cousins, Aunts, and Uncles.

A loss like this leaves a hole in our hearts, but is filled with peace knowing our beloved Jessica is resting in the arms of the Lord. Family and friends will be received at the Rossi Family Funeral Home on Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Funeral Services to begin in the funeral home at 11:30 a.m., with Pastor Joe Boyd as celebrant.
