Joanna E. (Romero) Chiavaroli, age 82 of Canton, passed away Monday morning. Born in Canton to the late John and Evelyn (Miller) Romero, she was preceded in death by her son David Brent Chiavaroli, brothers Leo, Clarence, Thomas and Hubert Bacher, sisters Marci Bryan and Anita Miller. She was a graduate of Timken Vocational High School, member of St. Anthony/All Saints Catholic Parish and the Miraculous Medal Sodality. Joanna is survived by her husband of 60 years Lawrence Chiavaroli, sons and daughters-in-law Dan and Michele of Louisville, Larry and Susan of Norton, Patrick and Jessica Chiavaroli of Scottsdale, AZ, eight grandchildren; Karli and Phoebe Chiavaroli, Sarah (Chris) Rettger, Larry Chiavaroli and fiancee' Emily Crookston, Dominic, Julia, Darian and Audrey Chiavaroli, sisters Rita Ludwig, Madelina Bambeck, Angeline Moody, Suzzanna (Jim) Lab and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday (Tonight) from 7 to 9 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11:00 am in St. Anthony/All Saints Catholic Parish with Rev. Fr. Tom Kraszewski celebrant. A private family internment will be in Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
