John P. Herberghs, age 70 of Massillon, passed away Friday, July 28, 2017. He was born in Bethesda, Maryland on March 30, 1947 to John and Audrey (Esber) Herberghs. John was a graduate of Glenwood High School and Mount Union College. He was employed by Waikem Auto and Park Honda. For a period of time, he lived in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he worked for Saturn. John was an avid golfer and a member of the Masonic Lodge in West Palm Beach. He was preceded in death by his father John Herberghs. John is survived by his mother Audrey Herberghs; wife Donna Herberghs; children Christopher of Hartville, Bryan and Todd both of Canton. Also survived by five grandchildren Brock, Olivia, Kennedy, Taylor and Ellie; brother Jeff Herberghs of Canton; and sister Laurice Herberghs of McLean, Virginia. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or the St. Baldrick's Foundation.
