Josanne M. (Minocchi) Maxey, age 83 of Canton, passed away early Monday, December 29, 2025. Born in Canton to the late Ralph and Mary (Rich) Minocchi Sr., she was also preceded in death by her husband Cecil Maxey. She was a graduate of Glenwood High School. An accomplished pianist, she taught piano lessons for many years. Josanne is survived by her children Eric (Georgia) Maxey of East Sparta, Keith (Sherri) Maxey of Canton, Lisa Miraschocchi of Akron, grandson Keith Maxey, and brother Ralph (Sherry) Minocchi. Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 2, 2025 in the Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum at 11:00 am.
