Joseph (Papa Joe) Perchinske Sr, 62, Proud U.S. Marine Corp Veteran, passed away peacefully on February 27th surrounded by his loving family. Joe was welcomed home by his parents Eugene & Josephine. Survived by step-father Marcel Valley, Loving Wife of 38 years Vicki, Devoted children Stacy (Jeff), Joe Jr (Heather), Danielle (Matt). Awesome Papa to Autumn, Matthew, Josephine, Aubrey, Joey III, and Stacy. Special Papa to all friends and neighbors children. Dear sisters Joyce (Grant, deceased), June (Joe), Jeanne (Greg, deceased), Jamie (Frank). Brothers and Sister-In-Law Don (Debbie), Ernie (Joann), Kelly (Frank), Dan (Cheryl), 27 Nieces & Nephews, 24 Great Nieces & Nephews. Family was everything to Joe. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 5 to 8 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home and Wednesday from 11 am to 12 noon with services to follow at noon. Interment will be in North Lawn Cemetery.
