Josephine (Fedeli) Prestier (11/22/1930 – 6/10/2017), beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Age 86 of Canton, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017. She is preceded in death her loving husband of 64 years Thomas Prestier, Jr.; her parents Victorio and Nellie Fedeli; grandson Mark Prestier; sisters Victoria Palomba, Clara Janelli, Elia Costello, Lena Fedeli, Gemma Duplain and Alice Duplain; brothers Dante and Victor Fedeli. Josephine is survived by sons Doug (Krista) Prestier of Canton, Mark (Michelle) of North Canton, and Scott Prestier of Canton; grandchildren Valerie Zavodney, Kristy Decker, Denise, Julie, Beau, Braden, Brock, Bailey Prestier; and great-grandchildren Lexie, Saxon and Trent Decker, Jordan and Riley Zavodney, and Tyden Prestier. Family and friends will be received Tuesday at the Rossi Family Funeral Home from 5 to 7 p.m. a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Christ the Servant Parish, with Msgr. Lewis F. Gaetano as celebrant. Interment will follow at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. A special thanks to the staff at Roselane Memory Care Unit for their personal and comforting care, and to the staff at Aultman Compassionate Care for their wonderful care, courtesy and compassion during our time of need. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in Josephine's name, to the Alzheimer's Association.
