Julie M. Bagueros, age 58 of Canton, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2026. A life resident of Canton, she was a 1985 graduate of Perry High School. Julie was a compassionate caring person who always put others before herself. She was a double lung transplant survivor whose strength carried through eighteen years after her transplant. Although she faced another difficult journey ahead, it was not meant to be.

In her free time, Julie found joy in making jewelry, showing creativity though pieces she made for herself and others. She will forever be in our hearts, and we will always cherish the memories she gave to us all.

She is survived by her parents Gary and Patricia (Fusillo) Bagueros; life partner Kevin Morris; brother Rob (Wanda) Bagueros; many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.  A Catholic Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 15th at 11:00 am, at Guardian Angels Parish at St. Joseph Church, with Rev. Fr. Brian Smith as celebrant. A Celebration of Life will follow at Michael D's beginning at 1:00 p.m.
