Julie L. (Shaffer) Wyer, age 60, of East Canton, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Born in Santa Ana, California, she was preceded in death by her father Darrell Shaffer. Julie was a home health caregiver for many years and a member of North Canton Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband of 37 years Scott B. Wyer, mother Judy (Brickley) Shaffer, children Sarah (Nathan) Mayer, Bryan Wyer (Brittany Holiday), Emily Wyer, grandchildren Jesse, Lillian, Wade, sister Diane (Rich) Fox, sisters-in-law Tharin (Dean) Rabes, Anita McCain, and niece Amber (Tony) Schultz. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 10 to 11 am at North Canton Church of Christ (1301 E. Maple St., North Canton, OH 44720) with a Celebration of Life to follow at 11, Pastor Rod Stockdale officiating.
