Karen A. Babcock, age 69 of North Canton, passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021. She was born in Canton on July 24, 1952 to the late Robert and Etta (Murrey) Fries. Karen was a 1970 Timken Vocational High School graduate, and was later employed by the Canton City Water Department, retiring in 2001. Above all, Karen loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Along with her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her husband Tom Babcock son Patrick Babcock. She is survived by her children Spring Babcock and Marcie (Thomas) Britt both of Canton; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister Rebecca (Larry) Libster; and brother Robert (Rosanna) Fries.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, December 1st at the Rossi Family Funeral Home from 2 to 2:45 p.m. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home at 3 p.m., with Rev. Fr. Edward Beneliet as celebrant.
